Holy Soto Recipe

This time we will discuss this one recipe. This Soto Kudus recipe uses ingredients that are simple and easy to obtain. Ingredients can be found at supermarkets or food stalls near you. Materials needed :

  • 1 native chicken, cut 4 parts
  • 3 poached eggs cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of bean sprouts brewed
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped and fried garlic
  • 75 ml of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 lime juice taken
  • 2 lemongrass stems
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 litres of water
  • Cooking oil and white rice to taste

Softened seasoning :

  • 6 pieces of garlic
  • 6 cloves of shallot
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 6 candlenuts
  • 3 cm ginger

How to make:

Heat the water and then boil the chicken on low heat until the broth is fragrant and the chicken is cooked.
Heat cooking oil, saute the spice paste until fragrant and cooked with lemongrass, put in the chicken stew, salt, sugar and fried garlic.
Continue cooking until the spices have seeped into the chicken, remove the chicken and sure.
Put the rice into the bowl, add the bean sprouts, eggs, celery, shredded chicken, orange juice and a little soy sauce, pour the soup, ready to serve.
Tips:In sauteing the seasonings that will be included in the chicken stew must be really fragrant & cooked. If it is not ripe, the soup will be unpleasant or unpleasant.
