Beans Soup Recipe - Hope you are happy with the following recipe.
Ingredients / spices:
- 100 grams of beans, cut into long stems
- 1 piece of white tofu, cut into 1 1/2 + 1 1/2 cm pieces
- 3 ear mushrooms, cut into pieces
- 50 grams of potatoes, cut into pieces
- 5 shallots, sliced
- 1,500 ml of water
- 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 2 red chillies, sliced
- 2 cayenne peppers, sliced
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon of powdered stock
- 1 tablespoon of oil for sauteing
Processing Method:
1. Heat the oil. Saute onion, garlic, red chilli, and cayenne pepper until fragrant.2. Add boiled water and potatoes until tender.
3. Add salt, pepper, and broth. Boil again until it boils.
4. Enter the beans, tofu, and cooked ear mushrooms until cooked.
