Cooking Materials Needed:

  • 2 (two) liters of water
  • 2 (two) bay leaf embars
  • 1 (one) piece of cow bone
  • 2 (two) lemongrass stems, crushed
  • 2 (two) tablespoons of soto wet seasoning ready to use

Required Spices:

8 shallots
  • 5 cloves of garlic cloves
  •  2 cm galangal
  • 2 sd salt tea
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 3 cm turmeric, burn
  • 1 sd tea pepper granules
  • All the above spices are mashed.

Complement:

100 grams of glass noodles, soaked until soft, then drain
Potato patties, boiled chili, sliced ​​celery, scallions, and fried onions
Lung fried dry and red crackers
White rice

How to make:

Boil beef and bones until soft, remove the meat and drain.
Heat the oil, saute the spices with bay leaves, orange leaves, and seasonings ready to use until fragrant. Put in the broth, then bring to a boil.
Add the powdered stock, stir until smooth, then remove from heat.
Fry the whole beef until it turns brown, then lifted, then cut into cubes the size, and set aside.

Presentation:

Prepare a bowl, filled with glass noodles, pieces of meat or fried lungs, and cakes. Pour the gravy, sprinkle with fried onions, celery, leeks, also red crackers. Complete with boiled sauce.
Serve warm.
