Ingredients / spices:

  • 1/2 onion, long sliced
  • 1 celery stick, tied
  • 2 carrots, sliced ​​round
  • 2 pieces of corn, boiled, dipipil
  • 3 pieces of dried ear mushrooms, soaked, cut into pieces
  • 30 grams of connective tofu flowers
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chicken stock
  • 4 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to make:

1. Chicken balls, mixed with ground chicken, eggs, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well. Add sago flour and flour. Stir well.
2. Shape the balls with teaspoons. Boil until cooked and float. Set aside.
3. Boil chicken stock, garlic, onions, and celery until fragrant.
4. Add carrots. Boil until wilted. Add corn and mushrooms. Stir well.
