Recipe How to Make Delicious Gejrot Tofu- Another traditional cuisine recipe alias regional food we present to you. This time we present the gejrot tofu recipe. This cuisine is a speciality of Sumedang, West Java. Tofu is a food ingredient that is very well known throughout the archipelago. Recipe Ingredients Making Gejrot Tofu:

  • 20 items of Sumedang Tofu

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • 2 cloves Lower White, puree
  • 2sdm Tamarind
  • 500ml water
  • 100gr brown sugar
  • 2sdm Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1sdt Salt

How to make gravy:

- Boil all the broth until it dissolves and simmer for 5 more minutes over low heat

How to Make Sambal:

20 Hot Pepper (according to taste)
10 cloves Shallots
1/2 teaspoon salt
Coarse scratch or orchid ingredients above
Gejrot Tofu Presentation Method:
Cut or divide 2 Sumedang tofu, arrange on a plate from earthenware, a small wooden mortar or another container, add chilli sauce and flush with enough sauce. Give a toothpick. (For 4 servings).
